HOW MUCH DOES JOE CHARGE?

Our fee structure is quite simple. We charge 12% off the gross proceeds from the sponsor to the client. As an example, if the client needs $50,000 we will bill the sponsor for $60,000.

Funds are disbursed by the sponsor to both the client and Jotown directly at certain milestones and we will take care of submitting all invoices to the sponsor with proof of milestone fulfillment by the client at the pre-agreed stages of the project.

As an example if 4 milestone payments of $15,000 are guaranteed from the sponsor, Jotown will bill the sponsor for $1,800 at each milestone and forward the invoice from the client for $13,200 at the same time along with proof of milestone fulfillment.
